How Our Rent-to-Own Payments Work

We make owning a building simple, flexible, and stress-free. Here’s everything you need to know about how our rent-to-own program works in partnership with Heartland Capital Investments (HCI).

Step 1: Pick Out Your Building

The first step is easy—choose the building that fits your needs. Browse our inventory, find your perfect match, and let us know your choice.

Step 2: Payment Options

Once you've picked your building, you can either:

Pay Cash: Full payment upfront.
Start Rent-to-Own: Make a down payment (which also counts as your first month's payment).

We accept cash, checks, and cards. Keep in mind there’s a 4% charge for card payments.

Why Rent-to-Own?

We partner with Heartland Capital Investments (HCI) to make your ownership journey hassle-free. Here’s how it works:

We Sell the Building to HCI: They become your landlord.
You Rent from HCI: Your monthly payments go directly toward ownership.
90 Days Same as Cash: If you pay off the building within 90 days, there’s no interest charged!

Flexible Payment Plans

We offer payment plans to fit your budget with terms of 24, 36, 48, or 60 months. This flexibility ensures you can choose a monthly payment that works best for you while progressing toward full ownership.

Step 3: Delivery Scheduling

Once your payment is completed, here’s what happens next:

We Will Call You: Whether you’ve ordered a custom building or chosen from our inventory, we’ll call you to schedule delivery when it’s ready.
No Need to Call Us: Relax! There’s no need to call us about delivery—we’ll handle it.

Before delivery, you’ll need to provide the blocks to support your building. Use the guide below to know how many blocks you’ll need:
